Q4B is a small company providing a big service.  We make quilts for our brave active military service men and women overseas. 

We have partnered with Built for Battle to deliver these quilts with a message.  That message is one of hope, love, kindness, and compassion.  Each quilt is made with pride and provides a Safe Haven for those recipients.  Safe Haven has a special meaning to us here at Q4B and at Built for Battle.  It is the very foundation for this enterprise and has it's roots in hope, love, kindness, and compassion.

The Quilts For Battle Story

You will notice at the top of our website pages that we have a portion of a quilt.  That quilt was made by our founder for someone very special to the Q4B family, and the quilt was named 'Safe Haven' for a very special reason. The Safe Haven quilt was designed specifically for that special person and was made with love to help surround that person with the feelings of hope, compassion, kindness, and love during an extremely difficult time in that person's life. This quilt has brought joy to both it's creator and recipient, and has provided a profound symbol for the future.  The Safe Haven concept, which has been much more than just the quilt itself,  has given it's recipient the groundwork and emotional basis for launching what promises to be an extraordinary new life.  And today,  this quilt is still proudly displayed and loved by it's recipient as a symbol of rising out of the depths into a place of peace and prosperity.

Not all of our quilts have made such an impact, but Q4B wants to help touch the lives of some very special people who protect our country and sacrifice for us every day.  Just as this quilt has served as a Safe Haven for it's recipient, so is the desire for Q4B to provide a 'Safe Haven' symbol for our military members overseas, who are currently without their families.  So Quilts For Battle was born out of this desire to help others.  

Our Mission
​So, how do we do this?  Well, we rely on supplies we purchase on our own mostly, some local donations, and we rely on the kindness and generosity of people like you.  
​We are an organization who believes in giving back to those who serve our country.  We want to make these special small portable quilts to remind our military service men and women of how much we appreciate their service. 

We are always looking for donations of quilting materials, donations that go towards shipping costs, we welcome financial donations that help us make these quilts, and we can even make a quilt for the special military member in your life for a fee/donation.
