What Do You Embroider?
- We offer embroidery on a variety of items, such as specially designed stuffed animals (stuffies/plushies), rally towels, golf towels, bath and beach towels, wedding/anniversary gifts, baby items, beach bags, and more.
- We love to do baby gifts. We can offer gift packages that can include a combination of items like a stuffie with the birth statistics, a bib, a receiving blanket, or a premade lightweight quilt that we only embroider on.
Do You Offer Holiday Items?
- When it comes to holiday gifts, embroidered Christmas stockings, and other holiday items, we are ready for your order. Each item is individually designed for you.
Do You Provide The Items To Be Embroidered?
- Yes, we try to provide the gift items you need. We don’t carry large quantities of items in stock, and sometimes the manufacturers have delays in shipments, but we strive to provide stock in a timely manner. If there is an issue in obtaining the item(s) you need, we will provide you with alternative items/solutions.
- In some circumstances, we can embroider on an item that you provide, and an example would be shirts. Feel free to inquire about our embroidery on your items.
Can My Order Be Rushed?
- Yes, we will try to accommodate rush orders, and will let you know up front if there is an issue. Rush orders are subject to additional costs and fees.
How Do I Request a Custom Product or Service?
- Please complete the Contact Us form so we can call you about your needs. We will be happy to help you with your custom embroidery or quilt needs.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We use Clover with PNC Bank for secured card transactions. We offer:
- In-person debit or credit transactions using our Clover terminal.
- Over-the-phone manual entry debit or credit card transactions using our secured Clover dashboard, and we do not keep your card information on file.
- Online invoicing where Clover sends you a secured email from BG Sewing that has a link that you open to input your own debit or credit information for secured payment, in a simple 2 step process.
- Cash sales are always welcome.
- Acceptance of some checks. For LIVE events, checks are only accepted for orders taken and not for event sales. Checks must have cleared before any work is done.
- Cards accepted: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Payment must be received in full before custom work is started.
- Custom work is non-refundable, and all of our work is custom.
- Any prices quoted/estimated are subject to taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
- Chargebacks or Insufficient Funds notifications are charged an additional $25 fee.
